We eat here on a regular basis. The food is always perfect, theres good parking and the staff are pleasant although you do have to visit a few times to know that as they tend to keep themselves to themselves. The only critisizm i would have is that they include the service on the bill. Theres a lot of places i simply wont go to because of this but mings is a rare exception. Give it a try, im sure you wont be dissapointed.

The food was pretty good but not as good as I thought from the reviews. My soup was very nice but I found the special fried rice a bit bland and the kung po wasn't very spicy. The restaurant was clean but pretty dated and I didn't like that they stuck a service charge on the bill when as polite as they were they didn't do anything special and I had 3 different people serving me.

Used to get a takeaway very regularly with the previous owner, since it has been taken over by a new owner the quality of food has gone downhill. I’ve had burnt crab twice in a row, chewy chicken balls and rubbery prawns as well. Used to be lovely but seems to have gone down hill in recent months.

Well, I don't normally write bad comments on restaurants, but I really not sure where these positive comments from with this restaurant.. It is near where I live, I visited with my partner and though it looks decent from outside and we decided to give a go as to support local businesses. The restaurant interior is very pleasant, have some touch of Chinese decorations. We started a bit doubt when we open the menu as there is nothing special about, it's very obviously is designed for western who doesn't understand Chinese food. I can understand there are not many Chinese trade around the area. They want to do safe for most people taste. We ordered mixed seafood platter as starter, mix vegetable fried rice, Kung Po chicken, monk fish with garlic sauce. The starter was ok, the crispy seaweed were plain, other deep fried seafood were not crispy enough, but a bit soggy... I can see the ingredients are all bought from frozen Chinese whole seller supermarket. The Kung Po chicken came, my partner tasted it and asked me did we ordered sweet and sour chicken... I look and tried a mouthful and realized it was not cooked as the way it should be. The sauce just not been reduced and the chilly was not been fried before cooked into the dish, instead just cooked with sauce at once or sprinkled into. The celery with chashaw nuts, the chashaw nuts not cooked with flavor taste very plain... I called the lady to question about the Kung Po dish, she replied, that is the way it is nothing wrong about it... We just stay quite and in our mind just cross off this restaurant from our future list to visit again. I have to say those who commented on their food are good have no clue for Chinese food at all. I would recommend to go Chinese take away from nearby villages probably ...

On arrival staff struggled to find our booking, once they did we were hurried along to a table that felt "squeezed in".

Prices are somewhat above what I'd expect to pay at a similar a la carte restaurant, but not greatly. The quality of the food was somewhat lacking in overall flavour.

Drinks were only served in small half pint glasses and the prices seemed expensive for what they were, no options for larger drinks.

There was a 10% service charge added to our bill, this was mentioned in the menu but the service level provided didn't seem to warrant this, with no requests for drinks and only one confirmation that our starters were fine.

Parking at this location is horrendous! There is a small car park to the rear hardly any room to maneuver, and a single track lane in and out which caused people myself included to have to reverse out onto the busy A20. We ended up paying £3 to park at the nearby...

Not good not bad but very expensive, service charge already added.

The good, Had a great night out with friends Food was nice, 7/10 Service was OK

The bad Expensive, very expensive, £133.00 for 4 people. We had the set meal B for four, 4 halfs of largers, 2 calipso's and a coffee and 4 soft drinks. That's extortionate. No wonder the place wasn't even half full.

Not worth the money in my view, i compare every meal with my local curry house, maybe that's wrong but the same sort of meal would be much cheaper and we would have had far more drinks.

O and don't forget the service charge which they very kindly add on for you! So don't leave a...
