Sayers — Restaurant in Trafford

Potentially the blandest food I’ve ever had... the sausage roll tasted of nothing! No seasoning, nothing. The only thing that made it distinguishable as food is the fact it was hot. Also, the place doesn’t accept card, at all? There’s no signs to say it’s cash only (I checked after I got told at the till) so I imagine if it was very busy and you was queuing for a while it would be even more frustrating than I found it today. It’s 2019 and you’re a popular chain (somehow) how can there not be an option to pay card when most other bakeries do. Very depressing inside, it used to look better before it got rebuilt...

Worst customer service ever. There are four visible people behind the counter & a line of customers to the back of the shop. The manager stood in the back doing nothing other than chatting, looks at the line of people, looks away & carries on chatting letting the ONE lady continue to serve the growing lines of customers. We almost left, will be going to the food...

Absolutely shocking place! Pastry raw in the pasty disgusting! We went in for a full english at 10 oclock and there was nothing left what a joke! Cant even get the cappucino right i asked for 2 sugars and they was left out. Avoid like the plague...
