The food here was a limited selection but included light lunch options and kids lunch boxes. There were vegan and gluten free options available too. The main downside was the very slow moving queue - hit this place at a peak time on a weekend and you need to expect a wait. Once we had ordered though, the food arrived relatively quickly and was of a good quality.

Restaurant is accessible by lift, but entrance can be crowded by queue for ice cream on ground floor. Canteen style service with seating in farmhouse style area. Very little veggie/vegan options outside of the usual cheesy jacket/cheesy pasty etc. It was nice to see deer outside the window but overall wasn't too impressed.

Bring your own pic nice to stop being ripped off!! Visited today and it was very disappointing. I ordered the chicken and ham pie with vegetables, at £14.50 I got a tasteless pie with not much filling, frozen gloopy mash and cold kale. I had a hot chocolate that was barely warm, asked to make it more hot came back same as before.

The other half had a jacket potato that was a little undercooked. The Victoria sponge was stale, however the fruit scone was ok.

Very over priced, we spent just over £38.00, we won't ever come back to...

Visited with family, used to be very good quality food . For £38 - look warm, hard undercooked jacket potato with tuna that has seen better days, chicken hotpot looking more like a soup with barely 3 pieces of chicken, ham toastie just collapsed into pieces. The price didn't include drinks.

The only plus - allocated dog friendly area, staff trying to be helpful

Note that this restaurant used to be better, hot food served from the counter

Cold, overpriced, small portions,...
