Attention everyone! 7:00 pm I went in with my family.a tall blonde girl.told us that there is no more service, we use the app.I told her I only have cash and I can't pay with the app.my small nephew,The shift manager she looked at us very badly, because my little nephew sat down.She was very aggressive and started harassing us to leave the place.because I spoke to my nephew in Hungarian because he doesn't know English yet I told her to get up from her chair and come to me.because the cafe will now close at 7:00 and my niece said it closes at 8:00 I told her nicely that I would pay for the sandwiches and drinks and we would leave. I don't know how the Costa company can allow someone like this to work here who doesn't care about the guests. Packing crates all around the client waiting area, terrible overpriced cheese and ham toasties - badly cooked, queuing was chaotic, food collection system unclear. One member of staff was lovely and helped me the rest were just rude - one said ' you don't order here you have to do self service over there' That is no way to treat customers. Tables were unclean and ceiling tile missing with open tray catching dirty water leek with roughly taped off area in an eating area of a hospital!! I sat wondering why I had bothered. We went for a spot of lunch on Saturday with my aunty , after her appointment. Very disappointed, we had 2 cups of tea a sandwich and a piece of cake , it came ti over £12.00 , and we had to have it all on disposable, even though we ate in.
