i being there so many times staff are not friendly and it’s saying 1 hour free to customer it’s not 2 weeks i got 4 pcn do not go there they’re so confusing people with the parking. It is not free parking for the customers because we are getting PCM. I’ll be inside the Starbucks. I’ll try to talk to staff explain to them why we get tickets they’re telling me it is different companies they’re not responsible for their customers. They don’t care about anything. They’re not helping anybody. They’re not saying how we’re going to vote with the PCN they not showing us any machine if you need to put our numberplate so that’s the reason I’m given 0 to Starbucks shame they are at airport they try to give us PCN that’s where people waiting or getting them coffee like other store then or given PCN if you’re saying one hour free on the main sign you are confusing people you’re really confusing people you need to remove that sign from there put Ring and go and make people pay for that. This is very very bad. This is not to Starbucks and their manager, they need to resolve this issue because so many taxi drivers they come to the car park most of time they get shopping they get coffee and most of them customers from taxi or people waiting in the area for the jobs if you’re doing that you’re going to kill your business and now be telling everyone to not go to that car park because you’re not responsible for your customer. I hope you can see this message trying to resolve this issue with the met parking company, thank...

As per the review from the previous reviewer, I would be VERY careful when using this site, as the franchise owners participate in a ‘scam’ parking scheme with their neighbouring McDonalds franchise and Met parking who monitor the whole site. If you proceed beyond the McD’s drive-through to park in the Starbucks end of the site to use McD’s here, you will receive a £60 fine if you don’t pay for parking when the sister franchise Starbucks is closed at night (if only for a few minutes). Met parking operate both sites and they and the owners clearly benefit from the tens of dozens of cars that innocently make this mistake every night without seeing the badly-lit signage and lack of road markings or barriers. There is a sign saying there are parking charges to the left of the Starbucks area, but you won’t see this at night, as it’s not lit up. And other signs say 60 minutes free parking. In the small print, they say this only applies when Starbucks is open.

So do yourself a favour, do you really want to pay £60 for that late coffee at McD’s when you find that the Starbucks is closed?? Head somewhere...

Today I went with my kids to Starbucks and my dog ( a really well behaved gold retriever). I’m really sorry to be saying the following two problems. Number one in opposition to all the Starbucks that I go with my dog this one is an exception and I’ve been told to take my dog out of the coffee shop. Please note that we are arriving from two weeks holidays in which I’ve been with my dog and kids in all hotels, restaurants, coffee shops we needed but not in this Starbucks. Secondly, I’d like to kindly understand and give my opinion or perspective about any subject. I was so suprised by the rude reaction of three employees in a small rude group dinñmic against my educated opinion. They didn’t accept to give me any email that could allow me to speak with any person with any management position. Finally,I also own coffee shops and naturally I wouldn’t accept to have working in my organisation people with such a pure behaviour with clients. Hope this can be a small light to create a better path in...

NEVER GO TO THIS STORE. Awful experince. Misleading and unfair parking rules – avoid this location! Be extremely careful if you’re parking at Southgate Park near Starbucks (Stansted). The signs are unclear and do not clearly explain that you must enter your vehicle registration inside the Starbucks store to qualify for the “free 60 minutes.” There’s no mention of this at the entrance or near the parking bays. Even worse, the signage says “Southgate Park Customers Only” – but what does that mean? There’s no clear explanation that only Starbucks customers are allowed to use the parking. If you’re not aware of the hidden requirement to register your car inside the shop, you’ll receive a £100 fine. This is an unfair trap, and I believe it’s designed to confuse and penalize people. I strongly advise others to avoid this car park unless you’re absolutely sure of the rules — and even then, take photos of the signs!

This car park is quite simple if you take the time to read the actual facts! It is clearly advertised as STARBUCKS CUSTOMER CAR PARK (not a free waiting zone to collect from the airport) 2 options, become a paying customer and register your vehicle in store, and receive 1 hour Free Parking OR Pay to Park via the RingGo App. If the store is closed then you MUST pay via the app. Follow these simple rules and you can walk anywhere! McDonald’s customers park in McDonalds Car Park. Simple! Starbucks to not run or gain monetary value from this car park. The rules are set by the Land Owners, who use MET to enforce these rules. A lovely big car park for the lovely customers of STARBUCKS! Very clear signage on lampposts and in windows of the store. Do not believe the factually incorrect information you read online!

What a shocking way to deal with a reasonable problem. After a 6 hour drive down the M74/M6/A1/M11 we called into here to get food, we wanted Starbucks and our kids McDonald's. They are adjacent but do not share car parking, difficult to tell this when you arrive tired. Then you realise there are weird signs everywhere saying "don't leave", "don't go to McDonald's" ... with CCTV we are watching you! I don't think we have ever felt more creepy about a location/shop. If Starbucks need to be busier, be better, otherwise be a good neighbour. Highly recommended you don't go there. In this instance, the Starbucks staff alleviate concerns and put our registration into their parking app.
