i being there so many times staff are not friendly and itâs saying 1 hour free to customer itâs not 2 weeks i got 4 pcn do not go there theyâre so confusing people with the parking. It is not free parking for the customers because we are getting PCM. Iâll be inside the Starbucks. Iâll try to talk to staff explain to them why we get tickets theyâre telling me it is different companies theyâre not responsible for their customers. They donât care about anything. Theyâre not helping anybody. Theyâre not saying how weâre going to vote with the PCN they not showing us any machine if you need to put our numberplate so thatâs the reason Iâm given 0 to Starbucks shame they are at airport they try to give us PCN thatâs where people waiting or getting them coffee like other store then or given PCN if youâre saying one hour free on the main sign you are confusing people youâre really confusing people you need to remove that sign from there put Ring and go and make people pay for that. This is very very bad. This is not to Starbucks and their manager, they need to resolve this issue because so many taxi drivers they come to the car park most of time they get shopping they get coffee and most of them customers from taxi or people waiting in the area for the jobs if youâre doing that youâre going to kill your business and now be telling everyone to not go to that car park because youâre not responsible for your customer. I hope you can see this message trying to resolve this issue with the met parking company, thank...
Read moreAs per the review from the previous reviewer, I would be VERY careful when using this site, as the franchise owners participate in a âscamâ parking scheme with their neighbouring McDonalds franchise and Met parking who monitor the whole site. If you proceed beyond the McDâs drive-through to park in the Starbucks end of the site to use McDâs here, you will receive a ÂŁ60 fine if you donât pay for parking when the sister franchise Starbucks is closed at night (if only for a few minutes). Met parking operate both sites and they and the owners clearly benefit from the tens of dozens of cars that innocently make this mistake every night without seeing the badly-lit signage and lack of road markings or barriers. There is a sign saying there are parking charges to the left of the Starbucks area, but you wonât see this at night, as itâs not lit up. And other signs say 60 minutes free parking. In the small print, they say this only applies when Starbucks is open.
So do yourself a favour, do you really want to pay ÂŁ60 for that late coffee at McDâs when you find that the Starbucks is closed?? Head somewhere...
Read moreToday I went with my kids to Starbucks and my dog ( a really well behaved gold retriever). Iâm really sorry to be saying the following two problems. Number one in opposition to all the Starbucks that I go with my dog this one is an exception and Iâve been told to take my dog out of the coffee shop. Please note that we are arriving from two weeks holidays in which Iâve been with my dog and kids in all hotels, restaurants, coffee shops we needed but not in this Starbucks. Secondly, Iâd like to kindly understand and give my opinion or perspective about any subject. I was so suprised by the rude reaction of three employees in a small rude group dinĂąmic against my educated opinion. They didnât accept to give me any email that could allow me to speak with any person with any management position. Finally,I also own coffee shops and naturally I wouldnât accept to have working in my organisation people with such a pure behaviour with clients. Hope this can be a small light to create a better path in...
