The only thing consistent about this particular branch is their lack of customer service and ability to meet the basic needs of a coffee shop. Of the five or so visits I've made to this branch I've consistently been rude to and made to feel like they are doing me a favour by selling me a drink. They regularly seem to have dishwasher issues and have to serve in take away cups when sitting in. They also close off most of the shop hours before closing which restricts the available seating. Very disappointed i ordered my drink after waiting a whike the guy that served me was polite and appolagetic. He made my drink incorrectly, i can only assume he was a trainee. When he made the drink thr collegue working with him said it was made incorrectly and when he appologised and asked if he should make it again she said naah dont bother. many times I come here I've had my orders messed up, where they made our drinks with milk when we asked for coconut, or any other replacement. also during my latest visit I was asked to do the track and trace but was told to go outside to scan in a rather rude manner, even though there was another one on the sneeze screen just a little ahead of us. there were also other customers in front of us who were told by the manager that they're not a table service shop in a very rude manner. not a pleasant visit, if you can choose to go...
