Ā£15.80 2x sausage rolls & 2 teas!!!Terrible! Extortionate prices for the food you receive. Not told theyd be a wait, 45 minutes for cheap fayre. The chips were inedible & cooked in dirty oil. When pointed out, politely, to staff they couldnt give two hoots. Such a shame as the grounds are enchanting. Wont ever return & if you've any sense neither would anyone else

We love this place. It's in a beautiful setting with a play area for kids. The staff are so warm and friendly and the food is delicious, proper home cooked fresh dishes. You can tell the chef loves to cook.

Very expensive to be honest! Popped in for a cake and side of ice cream x2 with a drink each, paid around £17 Nice place for a walk, taste is nice as well tbh, but too overpriced, shame!

well, being a local person, I am ashamed at the prices and the quality of food on offer. It is set in such a wonderful estate. Glynllifon well worth a walk around. However, this cafe so lets this place down!!!!!!!!!!! The girls are lovely, but the prices and quality of food is a disgrace. We visit NT properties all the time, and all the drinks and food we have purchased at these properties has been enjoyable, not to say here!!!! Our visit was whilst the Christmas Fayre was on this weekend, busy but not overly busy, no prices on the cakes or for beverages, so you just assume they are going to be a reasonable price, not so, when we got the bill I just couldnt believe it, we should have said no thank you, but with people around you dont do that do you, well I cant anyway. This was our first visit to the cafe and it will definitely be our last, I have spoken since to friends of ours who have also said that the quality and prices are a disgrace, so we are not the only locals who feel the same. These prices will actually put off visitors to this lovely place, and we need all the support we can get...

Over priced and a very rude member of staff made it memorable for all the wrong reasons. After a 50 minute wait for Soup and a basic sandwich with no explanation or it’ll be a ā€œlong waitā€ when we ordered we finally asked a member of staff why after 50 mins we were still waiting, to be told ā€œif your not happy why don’t you leave ā€œ as well as a lesson in how long it takes to prepare food because they only have one cook. ( but 5 serving staff for 9 tables ) . The lady was so aggressive and just didn’t know when to stop , blaming us in a very loud voice across the restaurant. When it arrived after 55 mins , the. food they served was basic and very overpriced. My daughters sausages were burnt.! When we left we were called ā€œarrogantā€ and ā€œ you’ll never please people like thatā€ by a lady who appeared to be the manager. Prior to me complaining, another customer had a run in with the same rude person I encountered. I’ve been in many places in my life but never been treated so badly , rudely or with such agresssion . We will...

Awful!! I’ve been twice now as I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. The first time I waited 30 minutes for a coffee and as it didn’t come I decided to go in and ask how much longer it might take. The young girl snapped at me and said they were busy. I said that’s absolutely fine but if it’s going to take that long then they need to communicate that to the customers when they are ordering. She then said it was likely to be atleast another 30 minutes. What the bell! I’d only ordered a cappuccino for crying out loud. I had to cancel the order as we couldn’t wait any longer.

Then today. I ordered a cappuccino and when I pulled my card out to pay (who the hell carries cash around these days anymore?) I was told it was a Ā£10 minimum spend on card. I asked why and she said she didn’t know. Come on guys, why the hell would you charge people to pay? Even if you guys get a small charge fir people using cards, so what! You lost business today and probably from loads of other people too . Sort...
