Café at Abakhan — Restaurant in Wales

I went to this cafe yesterday morning with a group of friends. We went for breakfast before heading for shopping . The staff was friendly except the cashier, not sure her name was. I think beginning with T. She was so hash with us. After shopping we came back again to the cafe for drinks. I ordered a chip but she said we can not order chips on it own, so I ordered it together with gammon bap. The gammon bap was arrived with out chips. After waited for while, I asked if the chips will arrive soon, she said she did’t order the chips for me, with out saying sorry, so I ordered the chips again. As I was still full from the breakfast, I take the bap home and I gave it to my daughter. She eat half of it but after she turn the bap around, the bap bread was full of mould. I was very sad that I gave the moulded bread to my daughter. So very disappointed with this situation. Shame really. The cafe was looking really nice, all the rest of the staff was ever so friendly. Except her. And she supposed to be the most friendly as she has direct contacts with costumers. And I take notice she was ok with other costumer, not friendly just ok but not to us. Me & my mum called here early yesterday morning-(09/09/25), and we ordered our breakfast there. My mum had a sausage bap, which she said that she loved, whereas I had a LARGE breakfast, which sadly was very 'hit & miss'..:( As firstly I has to send it back due to the black pudding being totally overcooked and near impossible to cut,...infact I did not manage to.:( To then wait what seemed like quite a while to then receive a second black pudding that was the total opposite, i.e undercooked & wet,...as well as smelling very off/funny as well. What made the breakfast even worse later on was that the bacon was also badly overlooked as well, being again impossible to cut. I'm assuming both the first black pudding & the bacon had been left on a hot plate given the fact they were both rock hard. Thus clearly something needs to change given that I paid almost £12 pounds for a breakfast I could only partially eat. To end on a positive note, the service was very good & the whole place was very clean & presentable. I only wish I'd got the Banoffee cake now instead of my frustrating...

The food used to be such good value, now it's worse but more expensive. £11 for a tasteless Sunday lunch where some of the ingredients were barely cooked and the others had been cooking so long they had become so dry and tough that my nan was physically unable to chew them. I would love to know how they justify charging £7.26 for a baked potato with cheese and beans or £8 for a cheese and onion panini. The entire breakfast menu was double what you might expect to pay at another café. It is the worst example of captive audience price gouging I've seen since I last went to the cinema.
