Love love love Mrs Marco's! Fortunately very local for me, and great to know the door's open again after lockdown. Super friendly, lovely coffee and gorgeous treats. I go for the cannoli... :) Top spot for a refresher when out with the dogs too; water bowls on hand and friendly pets made very welcome. Parking might be tight sometimes if arriving by car, but that's fair for a giant park with a small parking area. Plenty of benches nearby to park one's derriere anyway, and the cabin is close to the cobble beach for a stare out over the Bristol Channel with a cuppa (and a cannoli, or two...)

Lovely little cafe in the perfect spot. Easy to park (ÂŁ1 per hour), toilet block next door (80s basic but does the job), very nice playground and good dog walks. The cafe itself is tiny but has a really good selection of cakes and ice cream flavours, as well as offering a small selection of hot food. I was very impressed by the gluten free offerings, I had a gluten free tuna melt and some gluten free cannoli! The cannoli were amazing. My husband and son shared a ham and cheese panini, chips and ice cream. There was a bit of a wait for food (15 mins), but it was a busy Sunday lunch time.

Popped in here Saturday late afternoon after a muddy walk down to the coast. Lovely staff and a great looking place. Amazing cakes on show Seating outside with toilets near by (Not in the cafe) We ordered one coffee and hot chocolate for my wife and kids. Also various cakes. All of it was very nice I also noticed they have a free book exchange and also free coffee grinds for compost. The small things count in the overall experience. Worth the visit Plenty of free Parking

If you have a service dog i would not waste your time. Awful service. Was spoken to like dirt even after complying with her rules. My friend and i only popped in for a ta coffee my dog ran inside which i did apologise for and removed him straight away and tied him to the post outside. My friend on the other hand needs her service dog to help with day to day living and we were spoken to like absloute garbage even when we walked away she came outside and told us we were horrible customers but still happily took my money then threatened with the police because i was putting sugar in the coffee and she asked me to leave. Which i was already in the process of dping anyway. Also i have a pocket bully which DO NOT come under the uk ban. She and her colleague both starting saying they wanted my dog gone as he is banned and should be muzzled and even though we were at a public country park he has to be on a lead at all times....awful awful...

Complete refusal to microwave my 11 month old’s frozen meal today (26/06/2023) meaning we had to immediately return home after paying 2hrs for parking. Many other places accommodate this e.g Cosmeston without issue. Was flat out refused this and told ‘in case we’re liable’. Liable for what? Yes, it’s an industrial microwave as many many places are. So yes, you only need to do it for about 30 seconds. What do you think is going to happen, I’m going to not test the temperature of the food before giving it to my baby? The world has gone totally mad. I now have a screaming baby, we didn’t buy anything in your cafe, and won’t be coming back. How can staff be this pathetic when feet away is a play park geared up to be family friendly. Angry isn’t even the word. Avoid if you have a baby, that’s all I can say. Utterly,...

Limited range of food but more importantly service is dire. They’re so busy being COVID compliant; making sure you’re wearing a mask (makes them feel safe!), standing two metres apart, and waiting right outside the building on the adjacent grass area, like some contagious leper, to collect your takeaway sandwich, that they’ve forgotten who pays their wages - the poor bloody customers. Coffee is, as said in another review, weak and poor quality, and a baguette sandwich was impossible to eat without a knife and fork. Plenty of filling but it explodes all over you when you pick it up. They’re trading on their monopoly since they are the only establishment in the park: the authority should grant another licence to a competitor to...
