Been passing the sign for this cafe on my way through St Asaph to Denbigh for ages and decided to investigate. What a beautiful stylish cafe!!! Lovely latte and delicious buttery toast was perfect and all the staff were so welcoming and friendly....will not be passing by again!! Please go and see for yourself. The weather wasn't great when we went but there's a beautiful outside seating area aswell. It's just by the old St Asaph hospital which is lovely to see how it's been transformed.

Don’t miss this lovely restaurant and cafe. Set inside a beautiful hospice, they welcome all. They had several imaginative plant-based dishes that were full of flavour and very satisfying. Cakes and deserts made with love. Wide range of drinks including wine and beer. Dogs welcome indoors and outdoors. Recommend you book at lunchtime so as not to be disappointed.

We took Mam to Caffi Cariad for Mothers Day. Just as well we booked as every single table was reserved, that's a good sign! It's popular, nice atmosphere and raises money for St Kentigern Hospice. A brilliant little business. We had a soup and two prawn cocktails for starters followed by beef and chicken dinners.

And it was all excellent! Service was quick and friendly, food was well presented and the dinners piping hot. I had beef and it just right, tasty and tender with crunchy fresh vegetables and plenty of it! The roasties were spot on and the gravy was lovely and the real finishing touch. I didn't touch the huge Yorkie pudding as I knew the meat and veg would be more than adequate. Mam and sister were both equally happy with their chicken dinners. Great effort from a small attentive team who take pride in their work. Lovely waitresses, professional kitchen and all smiling and happy. A we were too! Well done, Da Iawn,. 5 Star all day....

I've heard such great reviews about the Vegan menu and the friendly staff that I today finally made a booking and Mum and I had lunch. We were not disappointed - with a separate Vegan menu I could have made any number of food and drink choices. I settled on the Caffi Cariad salad, latte with oat milk and a slice of cake. Superb! All staff encountered were knowledgeable and friendly, special thanks to Ken and Eirlys. I love the fact that profits are directed to the Hospice - WIN WIN! I...
