Cinnamon Garden — Restaurant in Wales

"Either the owner is s liar or restaurant is not fit for the business they advertise " NO ingredients to make pre ordered food items is either a big fat lie to deter seating in customer (in favor of tour booking) or if that is not the case then they should shut the restaurant if they have only one item in menu to offer.

Given the option, I would give negative stars. Having ordered take away (collection) a day before and considering kids wanten to have south Indian food for the evening, we called the restaurant to check for the table. The lady (owner)on call said she can book us for 7 only if we pre order and leave by 7:45' as there was a tour party arriving at 8. We agreed and did pre order over call instantly in few min. When we called again in 5 min to recheck the preordered items the lady said we would have to finish by 7:30 as the tour bus is going to be there at early. We agreed and reached the restaurants by 7 (walked 20min with tired and hungry kids). The lady gave us table, checked our order and came back to us saying they don't have ingredients to make any of the items that we ordered and instead offered us fried rice. We asked how come she dint tell us on phone if ingredients were not there and offering only rice? ...She ignorantly said sorry and carried on with her business. As we walked out of door we saw tour people arriving and we understood that all this lie was to fit in those people as they came even earlier then...

Went here as a last min visit after another indian restaurant was closed. Was greeted by a nice young girl that showed us to our table and that's where the nice experience ended. The room was freezing cold so we kept our coats on, the staff did come and surround us with electric heaters and a gas heater (which ran out after 3/4mins) so the coats were back on. The food was ok and the girl serving was nice enough too vit there was more atmosphere in a morgue. No music playing in the back ground so we sat there in the cold and quiet waiting for our food. There was no offer of a drink so we assumed they didn't sell any type of drink as alcohol was not served there. My wife had to walk to the corner shop to buy 2 bottles of water. While she was gone I asked the girl if they sold soft drink and she replied "yeah" and just walked off 😂😂 no napkins on the tables to wipe our hands and mouths in either 🤷🏻‍♂️.

The toilets were rank to say the least, the mens had a leak in the ceiling so the floors were soaking with the water dripping from them.

Very very dissatisfied with the whole...

Ordered take away 06:15. Told hour wait which is acceptable i feel but 45 mins in i receive a phone call to say ingredients ran out so need to amend our order to which i then did. Almost 2 hours later food arrives with no appology. Start to dish out and then find that there are items also missing. Call them up only for them to try and palm us off and get discount next time. NO NO you send the missing items. If i didnt want them i wouldnt have ordered them. Told 15 mins wait then for missing items to arrive but 1 hour later (9pm) by which time food was stone cold and still not received missing items. Gave you the benefit of doubt after a similar issue a few weeks ago but can confirm i will NEVER eat from here again....
