Cinnamon Spice — Restaurant in Wales

Usually the go to Indian around this area, this time not so much. Delivery was 30 minutes late after having a pre aranged time 2 hours before. When rung up to ask for a updated delivery time was hung up on by someone who barely spoke English.

Stand out negatives: Chicken pakoras were soggy and cold, Onion Bhajis were rubbery, cold and inedible, and the Chicken Korai was so greasy it was once again inedible and seperating. The chips looked like plastic children toys and had no flavour.

Scraping the barrel positives: Korma sauce was quite nice, but watery. the rice was cooked well (I guess you cant really do that wrong can you?)

All in all I'll stick to the fish and chips and chinese places...

I wouldnt even give this place a 1 star rating. I am absolutely livid to have spent so much money on vile food! We ordered through just eat and waited over two hours for our food to arrive. On arrival the food is freezing cold, alongside the smallest portions i have ever witnessed. I have recieved a plain naan when ordered garlic. I ordered two different curries to feed 4. The two curries didnt even cover two plates, never mind the portion size of rice and chips. I am so disappointed as an Indian is usually my favourite kind of take away. Amaaazing place. Staff are really friendly, there are nice clean toilets with good toilet paper, the food is incredible and the price is fantastic. We shared about 8 dishes between four of us and it was under 20 quid a head for loads of really superb food.
