A college that nurtures and inspires local young people to become chefs or work front of house in the hospitality environment..

The cusine really is excellent, but here fine doesnt mean paying the high prices that restaurants charge you...

You are given a wonderful offering menu wise at each of these evening meals..

They also offer some afternoon menu's that can all be booked online..

The students and the excellent staff who are giving the tuition, want all feedback from your cusine experience here .

We've now had the pleasure of dining here a number of times and the experience is faultless..

The cusine is genuinely excellent, not just in taste, but the colour, texture and the beautiful delivery of fine dining..

This restaurant is in an area away from the main college building, and although the setting may to you not be as romantic as perhaps you would see in a fine dining restaurant, this is essentially a place of learning and the tables are set out very nice and this is about eating a wonderful meal, prepared and cooked by the students under the care and expertise of the tutors..

Ex students who have gone through this training and have gone on to be working in some very good restaurants, return here to help and mentor the current students on thene nights..

It really was a pleasure to dine here again tonight..

If you leave within an hr of this location, as we do ourselves, and you enjoy fine dining cusine, I definitely highly recommend this...

My sister and I visited today for the student's first service which was excellent . The food and presentation was worthy of a Michelin star restaurant .
