Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Wales

Ordered an iced caramel latte and asked for just half of the syrup as I don't like it too sweet. Used my own travel mug and scanned my app but didn't get my points for the drink. Staff seemed bored and didn't engage. When they made my drink wrong - added the full amount of syrup - and I asked them to make it again - I got an annoyed response and eye rolling (I asked nicely). Eventually got my drink but also noted that there were a further 2 customers who got the wrong drink while I waited for mine. Management need to sort this out and I will think again about visiting although they have a captured audience with being in a hospital! Worst Costa I...

The dishwasher has been broken for my last two visits and the staff obviously aren’t able to wash dishes although there are plenty of them. So instead of getting a cortado in a fairly decent glass you get a paper cup and l ask for some cake which was thrown in a paper bag and broken. As there was nothing to eat said broken cake with l had to ask for a wooden fork and some extra napkins. The member of staff shoved a spoon at me. Attend this site early evening. Ordered a hot chocolate with cream and was given the vegan light whip. Then while in the middle of drinking my hot chocolate a Barista maestro came over and started touching my cup asking me if I’d finished. When I preceded to tell her I wasn’t she told me she needed to take the tray away to clean it. I stated I wasn’t finished and she move my cup and took the tray anyway. Honestly I think this...
