Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Wales

I went in yesterday and ordered what I required. The person serving me who had glasses and tattoos who was arrogant and rude and should not be front facing customers if he cannot engage with the general public and remember I pay your wages and in return I do expect common courtesy, nothing more and nothing less. After reading other reviews on this platform, I see that he's been mentioned before. When I sat down I realised that I was not given any knives. I then went back up to the counter and he totally blanked me however, at least another member of staff dealt with me. (Young Girl). We've called in now on consecutive Wednesday mornings and quite clearly asked for our lattes to be extra hot. Both weeks they've been no more than luke warm. The only reason I didn't complain today was the fact that there was a large queue at the counter. To add insult to injury the toast we ordered had been heated up twice and became a challenge in itself to crunch thru. The same male member of staff has now failed consistently to deliver any of the 4 lattes we've ordered "extra hot". This Costa forms part of garage complex which also has a supermarket, a Greggs and a Subway so I didn't eat there. The cakes etc did look very nice but as always with Costa a little on the pricey side in comparison with the offering available in the garage. But it woukd be a personal preference. The Costa was clean and well presented. It wasn't very busy during our visit which negated any possible issues with there only being one member of staff present.
