Domino's Pizza - Neyland — Restaurant in Wales

Ordered over £60 worth of pizza and sides from Domino’s for a birthday celebration, and unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. No complaints at all about the delivery driver—she was lovely and polite. The issue was 100% with the food.

The pizzas arrived almost cold, were dry, and had absolutely no flavour. The meat pizza barely had any visible meat, and the crust was scaly, tough, and hard to swallow. It honestly tasted like it had been cooked earlier and just reheated before delivery. The garlic bread had no garlic taste whatsoever—just warm bread with nothing to it. Every item was bland and unappetising.

For the amount we paid, the quality was shockingly poor. Supermarket frozen pizza would’ve been miles better. I really wish I had read some honest reviews before ordering. This was meant to be a birthday treat, and it ended up being a total...

This newly opened store is typical Dominoes quality, so far had 2 collections and both have been hot and fresh. Sadly since this store is so new many reviews have been negative due to how busy it's been and how long folks have had to wait. I'm sure this is because of the large number of orders due to the novelty of finally having a new fast food venue other then Mc Donald's, as well as having all new staff whom are just finding their feet in the job. Waited over an hour for a box of cookies to be then told at 11:30pm that it would be another 40 minutes so had to settle for a £5 coupon by an obnoxious woman who I assume is the manager, as nobody with little responsibility could be so entitled and stuck up their own rear end.
