Dorothy's — Restaurant in Wales

Brilliant! I bought an afternoon tea for two for my Dad, Dad went there to sit and have a coffee when he booked the afternoon tea for another time, (collected it on this occasion rather than sit in)absolutely loved it, he sent me pics and it all looked delicious. Dad is already planning another visit. :) Sitting in - a very friendly, welcoming atmosphere with the staff and other people who arrived. I have also had a look at their FB page - all looks rather scrummy - I unfortunately live 3 hours away so I can only look at the pictures...when I'm up next I...

Afternoon tea, a treat from my daughter. Lovely little cafe, spotlessly clean and we had a warm welcome from the proprietor. We were given a choice of sandwich fillings and the sandwiches were freshly made. After only a short wait our tea was served and what a tea it was. Beautiful sandwiches, scone with jam and cream, selection of cakes. There was a large pot of tea for myself and a cold drink for my daughter. We were unable to finish everything but we had it boxed for home. We'll be back...

Just had an absolutely fantastic afternoon tea at Dorothy's . Everything was so fresh and beautifully prepared. The cakes are the best I've tasted for a while ! Great service too.
