Stopped here for Sunday lunch. Mixed thoughts really. Had one lamb and one pork dinner, one veggie and they accommodated a picky eater with nuggets. The lamb wasn't the best and not much of it, the pork seemed like it was shoulder but tasted alright. Mashed potato was a bit too buttery for my liking but other enjoyed. The cauliflower cheese was absolutely out of this world though! Large dish of it and extremely good. Veggie option was just a couple of rosemary sausages. Would need to be improved if I were to visit again though

Very old quaint pub but a lovely atmosphere. We had an amazing meal at the Druids in tonight. Lamb pie (homemade) a proper one not just a puff pastry lid and a battered haddock with lovely dry batter no grease in sight. Lovely and very friendly staff and locals, made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be going back.

We arrived at 2.45pm asked if kitchen was open for lunch ? Yes. We ordered Druid Mixed Grill & chips, Steak & Ale Pie with mash and peas. The meals were huge and delicious. The barman/ owner was very friendly as were the locals. Highly recommended stopping in to this little pub in Goginan just out of Aberystwyth.

Ate here with the Mrs on a Sunday. Beer was great. Booked a table the night before and rightly so, they were busy! Owned by a family and run by the family. Owner was definitely getting hands on & served us personally. Loved that. ||Menu selection was good. Variations of meat. The Mrs went for the vegan, she was very impressed! I went for the beef. The beef was a little tough and over done, but still very edible & seasoned beautifully. The roast spuds (or the one!!) could have been crispier too. Portion sizes were huge! It doesn’t look like much when they bring your plate to the table, then the veg comes. I’m a big guy and I left very satisfied!||Everything tasted great. If I were to give some positive feedback it would be to give the customer the option of mashed or roast potatoes. Both were good, however I’d rather have the roasties. Maybe more than 1 too! Albeit I’m a pig!!!||The meal however was definitely not to be sniffed at for !£13.95! for two courses. I think this pub is aimed for the locals, who I I could eavesdrop they enjoy the pub too and I was glad to eat amongst them.||Desert was to die for too. I’d recommend...

Looking for somewhere to eat whilst on holiday and stumbled across this little gem. |We were made to feel welcome from the moment we stepped through the door. The bar staff were attentive and courteous, whist the local clientele were warm, friendly, and uproariously funny. |We had a small dog with us which was made to feel as valued as we were…. Lots of attention and strokes, which he loved. |The landlord certainly knows his cellar management and the beers were served perfectly. |The food was delicious and I only wish we had stopped long enough to take a couple of pictures, but once we tucked in, it was impossible to tear oneself away from the plate. |Will definitely be visiting The Druid Inn again. See...
