We've been 3 times now over the last couple of years and the food seems to get better each time.

Most recently yesterday after a busy day in Llanberis with a last minute booking. They kindly fitted our party of 8 in at short notice.

It was busy and there was a longer wait for our meals to be served than the last couple of times, but we were in no rush and the food was cooked fresh.

Starter - cheesy garlic bread with some clearly recycled very stale crisps Main 1 - chewy flavourless lamb with freezer veg, red wine sauce that was like merlot chucked in a jug and the dryest mash I have ever known. Meal 2- did you want to feed the steak to the dog dear? No, the dog would choke on that. Waitress when told the food is awful said sorry about that and walked off! Barmaid when told its absolutely awful just said sorry, that's £49.80 please.

I highly recommend you...
