Green Bridge Inn — Restaurant in Wales

Place looks beautiful from outside but abit.... girly home style inside... never seen a place like it before. There were bags of clothes all over two tables next to us, looked like someones washing. The two pool tables were covered in what looked like stuff they qere getting ready to sell at a carbooty. No back ground music so was very quiet. Abit boring.

Food was extremely disappointing. Partner ordered a pizza. £8.50 for one that looked like it was an asda value £50p one. He had one bite and left the rest, and it was anaemic. Cooked a few seconds in the microwave by the looks. Microwaved cheesy garlic bread and the chips tasted like fish (probably cooked in with some fish).

Staff were absolutely lovely thats why they have a 3star from me. Everything else about the place let it down. It was cold and just didnt feel like homely or welcoming. The boy was run off his feet bless him. And the lady behind the bar was great. My drinks were lovely but my partner did have to change his glass twice due to them being filthy or having lip...

Whilst visiting Pendine for a mini break away we googled restaurants for Sunday lunch and this place came up. (I think it’s between 12-3 Sunday lunch is served)|We were so glad it did. |We reserved a table and yesterday as a family of 5 we each had a 2 Sunday course lunch, one of those included a child’s meal. |Meat and potatoes came out plated up and then the veg came out in dishes to help ourselves, lovely friendly service we were told to ask for more veg and gravy if needed. |We all agreed great service and tasty food.|Highly recommend a Sunday lunch here. Was really looking forward to our stay in our Superior Chalet as it was advertised on booking.com,to find it was nothing more than a very small shepherd's hut!! No WiFi or TV not even a radio in this Superior Chalet!! Payment was even taken before we were actually shown what we were supposed to be staying in...when tried to get a refund The Green Bridge Inn would not even reply or acknowledge any of our complaint's just took our £360.... steer well clear was more like a posh dog kennel than a superior chalet falsely advertised...
