Absolute joke! Rang a day before to book a table for breakfast for 13 people. I asked over the phone if the place is dog friendly - the girl on the phone said yes no problem. When we walked in, we were straight away told that if the dog barks any more we would have to go outside… not so dog friendly, as all dogs bark at some point. It’s like telling people not to talk.

Took 25 mins to get a round of coffees! So we decided not to eat there as we would probably have to wait an hour for food or longer - sitting outside with children would not be ideal.

Went outside… and been told that we are not allowed to smoke there as they are surrounded by ‘oil’. No ‘no smoking’ signs in sight! Far away from any hazards..and within a safe distance from the station.

Manager clearly uses the waitresses to pick and voice his opinion without leaving his back room…’ my manager told me to tell you…’ on several occasions the same sentence. Manager should be the one to talk to us not an innocent waitress! Might want to get some management training.

Anyway, don’t recommend- ruined our planned breakfast for my 30th birthday and don’t deserve our business.
