It is with great regret that I recount my recent foray into the realm of fast food, specifically at a McDonald's establishment that, I dare say, fell grievously short of even the most modest expectations. As I approached the premises, a sense of foreboding enveloped me, yet I endeavored to maintain a modicum of optimism.

Upon entering, I was greeted not by the warm embrace of an inviting atmosphere but rather by an overwhelming sense of disorder. The cleanliness of the establishment was, regrettably, an afterthought; the tables bore the remnants of previous patrons, and the floor was an unsightly mosaic of spilled condiments and discarded wrappers. It was as if the very essence of hygiene had been forsaken.

As I placed my order, I was met with an ineffable delay, which, while understandable during peak hours, was exacerbated by an apparent lack of urgency among the staff. When my meal finally arrived, I was struck by the abject mediocrity of its presentation. The burger, a veritable travesty, was assembled haphazardly, the bun appearing forlorn and the ingredients carelessly strewn within.

To compound my discontent, the fries were nothing short of a scandal. Presented in a meager portion that could only be described as a token offering, they were limp and tepid, lacking any semblance of the golden crispness one might reasonably anticipate. The paltry serving left much to be desired, a far cry from the bounteous portions one hopes to receive.

As if this were not enough, the beverage—a simple Coke—was filled only halfway, leaving me to ponder the audacity of such a partial serving. One cannot help but feel a sense of affront when one’s thirst is met with such paltry generosity.

Furthermore, the pièce de résistance of this unfortunate meal was the conspicuous absence of the dipping sauce I had requested—a grievous oversight that rendered my experience all the more disheartening. The lack of attention to detail, which ought to be a hallmark of any establishment, particularly one of this global stature, was glaringly apparent.

In conclusion, my visit to this McDonald's was a lamentable affair, characterized by a conspicuous lack of cleanliness, an utter disregard for customer satisfaction, and an overall failure to deliver the most basic tenets of fast food. It is with a heavy heart that I say I shall not be returning to this particular establishment, as the memory of this dismal experience lingers on, a cautionary tale for those who dare to venture into...

This was a genuine farce. I've not had a McDonald's with such appalling service in my life, and we get McDonald's almost every other week. So we know what we're talking about. Firstly, we attempted to place an order but it refused to go through yet charged us twice. The staff finally managed to help us, however when we got our food, a burger was missing entirely. And, despite our purchase of a toasted marshmallow hot chocolate, we only received a regular one. You'd think after all that faff with paying for it, we'd get everything we ordered but clearly the employees here lack a functional frontal lobe and are downright incompetent. I advise nobody to come to this McDonald's ever again. It is a waste of space that could've provided crops for animals to eat. But given McDonald's genuine lack of soul anymore, I can't even see it at the very least looking good. Bland design and can't even adequately celebrate the fact they've been around since...

Moved to the local area, and I will say the In store service is fantastic! And 9 times out of 10 your order will be perfect. Its usually very busy though, screens are available but take card only.

However, if you go to this McDonald's, I wouldn't recommend the drive through. There are so many times I've gone through the drive through with the simplest of orders and I never get them, I asked for the new mccrispy, I got a sorry excuse, yes a mccrispy burger but none of the added extras like bacon or any salad 😂 I was so disappointed to the point I took comparison photos of my friends order and hers was fine 😂. I give up going through McDonald's drive thoughs, I don't trust them. Unless you have the time to go inside, don't bother unless you order something off the menu that the drive through staff can remember, they seem to ignore notes like"no gherkins' etc. So just...
