Mehraj Express — Restaurant in Wales

Ordered a 23 quid meal with my wife an daughter tonite it's fair to say I'm absolutely disgusted with the apearence and look of the food the tikka masala didn't even taste anything like it should freezing cold on arrival had to pay for pompadoms which were soggy the rice swimming in water the chicken pacoras was over cooked and the batter burnt my wife's corma curry thick and lumpy I am absolutely disgusted with this for the money I paid and would advise anybody not to order takeaway from mehraj express as my family's takeaway has just gone into the bin I wouldn't even give it to a pet to eat it's that bad and mehraj express should be ashamed of letting this food out to a customer especially when I pay good money I certainly exspect good tasting food for the price I have paid for it absolutely disgusting never will they get any orders from me again...

Nice chicken in my butter chicken to be fair but not a generous amount. The dish was ruined though because the really nice meat was sitting in an awful sweet sauce to go with it that just tasted of sugar, a tiny tiny amount of curry spices and desiccated coconut! So much dry packet coconut!!! Arrrrggghh! They must have a discount somewhere they throw of ton of it in. Probably to bulk it out. I think this place thinks customers won’t notice due to their bad palates and / or assumes customers will be drunk and won’t care. Have complained before, nothing changes. I say, OK, I ain’t giving you my money any more! Onion bhajis and meat samosas have gone down hill too. Garlic keema naan was nice but I don’t order Indian just for the bread! 3 stars is a bit generous & it would be a 2 but for the chicken...

Ordered online through their own website. On arrival was met by a man with absoulutely no manners what so ever! Told him my order, the 2 pilau rice missing! He told me I never ordered them! When he added up the bill he realised I was right! I repeated the order back to him and was assured everything was there ready to take home. When I got home which was a 10 mile round trip! The food was stone cold! Also 2 Keema nan breads not in the bag! I rang to notify the takeaway and basically was called a LIAR!!! Then told their printer was not working! Absoulutely DISGUSTED with their customer service and service overall! Was recommended by a friend, will not be going back, food was awful! What ever happend to "The customer is always right"? Or just common sense??? Obnoxious people, poor quality food and damn right rude!!! DONT BUY FOOD FROM THIS...
