Mogsy Belle Ice Cream Parlour — Restaurant in Wales

Never tried mogsy belle before, but with the new Hirwaun store opening and them sharing buy 1 get 1 free on all waffles and crepes I thought I'd give it a go. I rung about 6:20pm for pick up of 2 bueno waffles and they mentioned it will be 1hour and a half wait and my time slot would be 8pm. That was a perfect time for me.

My partner went up about 8pm to which they said it wasn't ready. He waited back at the car for someone to come out. (he gave his car so they could find him) they walked straight passed him when it was ready and went back in (he was standing outside car)

My partner went back into the shop about 8:25pm for them to say there's no Bueno left and to have something else. Giving me a quick call, we decided on Milkybar waffles.

He came home with the Milky bar waffles (literally 2 minutes down the road from Hirwaun store) I opened the box to find my waffle, lovely and warm but it was not presentable at all as the pictures look. It just looked like someone had thrown some chocolate on top of a waffle and gave it to us.

I'm so glad I tried it when they were on offer as I'd never pay that each for a waffle that I can just throw...

We arrived. Waited for approximately 13.5mins, just for waiter to be spitefully covering the HOT cookie dough section from my lovely colleague, to which she felt pressured to resort to a …. Hot Chocolate Fudge Sundae, but then felt a wave of sadness as she glanced up to see the HOT cookie dough section a few minutes after.Whilst waiting for our orders we hear the waiters giggling,hiding,HYSTERICALLY cackling, then i hear a voice talk about how they’re videos going ‘viral’ on this so called app ‘tim tok’???what is this Mogsy…me and my colleague felt a huge wave of embarrassment that hit us right in the cervical spine,as we felt the video was aimed at me and my lovely colleague (29 down syndrome female) soon after approximately 7.28 minutes the meal came. only to see that our heated up microwaved brownie was slapped on a stone??? felt very ashamed and will NOT be returning under any circumstances. you’ve just lost a customer Mogs. sort it out…also why is you’re chromebook got a apple sticker on it and why was there a singular rose on my (sticky) table,this behaviour should not be supported. maybe stick...

Terrible, Real bad value for money the banana split was £7 and it had one sliced strawberry, one banana and two small blobs of ice cream. Place was dirty and the spoons were filthy also more worryingly my son has a sever nut allergy. We went through the ingredients of a banana split where they stated it have no sprinkled nuts. When it arrived it was covered in sprinkled nuts. They thought it was chopped fudge pieces but then realised it was nuts. can't recommend sorry. Worst value for money. None of our orders arrived at the same time, quite a wait. Perhaps I just got unlucky but my son was quite upset at the nuts. Although not needed I carry his epi pens with me...
