well I have to say dissatisfied is a understatement on my food last night I ordered a chicken Tikka main meal for my wife and I ordered the mixed meat marsala and the daughter had I think was a balty which came to £32 . rang in and we were told to pick up in 25min but it took just under a hour which was fine because I just assumed ques etc got home my wife opened her Tikka and it was stone cold and I mean here fridge temperature cold ,I opened my marsala and it was just awfull it was like something that just should not be eaten and then don't get me started on my chips they were like burnt needles, and I don't even want to mention my daughters meal .I rang to say about the Tikka and fair play you respond straight away and delivered another but I have to say I will eat pretty much anything and it was awful the meat stank 😭 I took it off her and with the rest of the food we had had because why was the meat looking cooked but stone cold ? the reason why is it was obvious it was pre cooked and stored in a fridge and you heated it up which I am in a understanding that you aren't supposed to do with chicken. I then had to spend another £35 with another takeaway to try and rescue the night because I am into hospital on Mon for a nine hr opp so we were having a family meal before I go in so in total I spent nearly £70 to rescue a very emotional night I just can't get over how awful the food was I am truly shocked and extremely dissatisfied and even though I have sent them a personal message they haven't even given a reply to explain themselves just awfull service M...

Absolutely fantastic!! One of the best experiences we had in South Wales. We were on holidays and spent the day in the Pembrey Country Park and after gazing a fabulous sunset in a hill just behind the restaurant, we stopped for dinner. The owner was just about to close, but when saw ourselves with our two daughters, she decided to take us in as the last order of the day, which was already very generous! Then, we were so surprised by the look of the premises (beautifully decorated full of thoughtful touches), the amazingggg customer service, and when the food came we were reallyyyy amazed how delicious the food was!! we are vegetarians and the vegetable biryani, the aloo gobi and the veggie korma were all spectacular and served in quite large portions!! they have also prepared the food specially for us with no much spice, so our nearly 2yo daughter really enjoyed too. The music playlist was also reallyyy enjoyable (which I have made sure I asked for the playlist and the owner provide me with) and to conclude she was sooo lovely to gift our daughter with a welsh dragon toy that she absolutely loved! So.. this place is...

Well! This was a terrible experience, asked if we could be seated by the radiator and we were. I was told by the first waitress that the heating wouldn't take long in warming up. 10 minutes later I told another waitress as the radiator was stone cold and we were freezing, she confirmed the radiator was off and turned it up. By the time our food arrived we were so cold my husband had to put his coat on. The food tasted average therefore, 1 x pilau rice, 1 x side plate sized nan, 2 x curry dishes, 1 x glass of coke, 1 x glass of water = £27.88 later!!!! On leaving we were asked by the ginger haired waitress at the till if everything was ok for us? I replied, no actually it was very unpleasant eating our food in the cold, her reply was, well another customer must have closed the radiator valve, we can't be responsible for customers who shut off the radiators when they get warm. We were the only 2 people in the whole place and it would have at least been a gesture to have had something taken off the Bill. Not only would I never return here but I will publicise my thoughts and feelings regards my experience....

Visited 20th October 2022. What more do I need to say apart from it's absolutely fantastic! We called ahead to book our table for 6 of us and we were all very happy with the quality of the food, the speed and accuracy of the service and the very warm and welcoming atmosphere that both of our children particularly loved. The food arrived promptly and well before any of the typical precursors parents see when children become hungry, so a win on that front for parents. The service was great with orders being taken for drinks quickly, shortly followed by the food order once drinks had arrived, mains were also ready without a noticeable wait after the starters. All in all it was a very enjoyable visit and we would come back again for more!

I am from London and I am used to being close by to the best restaurants in their cuisine and I can say with hand on heart that this is the best Indian I have ever had the pleasure of eating at, even as a vegetarian the options where plenty and bursting with flavour! My 7 month old loved his curry and was cared for and adored by the lovely owner, you haven’t eaten at a more authentic, homely and delicious curry if you haven’t yet dined at Nazs’. Very much looking forward to our next visit!

First time in Wales ever…….drove to Burry Port today after we’d visited the Botanical Garden…….the best find ever! The food was just simply amazing šŸ’• - the atmosphere - the staff šŸ’• made you to feel like they were hosting long lost relatives - absolutely DO NOT CHANGE A THING! Beautiful touch in the ladies loo’s also with the ā€˜help yourself choice of perfumes/make-up & personal products’ Honestly just the most amazing food and restaurant I/we have been in!
