Papa Johns Pizza (at Haven Kiln Park) — Restaurant in Wales

We spoke to the staff to ask what time they deliver to the caravan till which they advised 10:30. We hadn't eat all day so we was relying on this takeaway. We went to order on the app and we weren't able to. My friend called them up and they said they were not doing deliveries, this was about 10:10. We said that we would collect because we haven't eaten all day and had nothing in the caravan. To which they agreed. We went to collect the food and not one member of staff was wearing a mask. My friend said she was sure she saw the ginger guy drop our food on the floor so you might want to check the CCTV. Our food was ready and this ginger guy was chucking our food about. Literally throwing it down the hatch so another member of staff can collect it. I don't know who the hell he thought he was. If you don't like your job don't do it, coming from someone who has worked in kitchens and food places all my life. Have some respect and check your attitude. I was looking him dead in the eye and he didn't care just kept chucking the food. I said to them lucky our food won't be mashed up when we get back. We got back and to my surprise it was a shambles. The garlic bread looked like naan bread and it was Asif it had been taken out the bottom of the bin and reused. It looked as though it had been chucked up the wall a few times, probably by the red head. The pizza was OK but burnt. For food that is already overpriced what a joke. It was my friends birthday and we had no choice but to eat it. Safe to say it come straight out of me in the morning, although I weren't shocked that it did. If we get coronavirus we will know where it has come from and I'll be taking the appropriate action. I have picture evidence if needed...

I ordered the Family deal £39.99 where you can add a desert on for an extra £2 However I forgot to add it, so I had paid, I came back straight away as soon as I remembered, to be told no, you can't have that, When I asked if they could check the woman on front told me, We are too busy otherwise I would check, I am a paying customer, No where does it state it can't be added on after. The attitude from the Front of house was very rude. They didn't even say do you want to add the desert for the £2 extra. I wanted the deal but was left unsatisfied with the situation as it wasn't resolved...

What an absolute disgrace this place is. JESS the manager was rude and clearly has no customer service training. We placed an order online and told to collect at 8.05pm. Arrived to collect and told it was another 10-15mins. Asked after the 15mins and then to be told it had been forgotten about. Then to be told no fast track of the order, no discount and nothing they would do to solve the usage. Hungry children and terrible start to our holiday. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU DONT WANT TO HE DISSAPOINTED. Papa John's you should...
