I experienced an appalling waiting time for a takeaway. Placed an order at 6:15 and told to collect it in 30 mins. I arrived at 6:45 only to wait a further 45 minutes before receiving my order. Other people came and went, I sat and waited, with no updates, having to go up and ask. By the time I received my order, I had lost interest in wanting food, I just wanted to get home. Tip to the establishment, only take orders you can fulfil if you are busy and set realistic waiting times, if you want me to come collect in an hour, then tell me an hour. One of the worst overpriced curries Iv had in the uk. To be honest with this quality of food I wonder who keeps them in business.

The curry was oversweetened (with sugar) to mask the ordinary taste of spices. We ordered 3 dishes which tasted the same. In addition they had put in artifical colouring to make the food look enticing. My fingers and nails were stained yellow which didnt go away even after thoroughly washing it with soap and water.

This is not indian food at all. Better travelling a bit more to get better food elsewhere.

On holiday in the area and saw menu in the accommodation. OK food, good portions but very late at the pick-up. Instead of 40 minutes or was over an hour and how was I supposed to know they only take cash? Very hungry and angry family when I got home 25 minutes later than expected. In a COVID environment surely contactless is the default? Really should put this on the website and tell people when they order. Am sure HMRC are...
