I ordered a box of brownie slices from this seller, but the packaging arrived with no expiry date. Given that I have specific health concerns, I reached out to confirm — only to be told that there should have been a date on the back of the box. But there wasn’t. It was only after I raised this that I received an apology, but no real resolution or action to rectify the issue.

Since then, it’s been endless back and forth messages with no proper outcome. I find it extremely concerning that a food company is sending out edible products without clear expiry dates. This is a basic food safety requirement and is not something that should be overlooked — especially when selling to the public.

What’s worse is the way the issue has been handled. The responses have been dismissive, slow, and at times unhelpful. I’ve been dealing with someone via TikTok messages who clearly couldn’t be bothered to resolve the matter efficiently.

Well.. I should have come here to read the reviews before I ordered! I ordered 7 slices: Cheeky biscoff: very dry and very mild flavor of biscoff Gooey chocolate brownie: NOT gooey, just soft. Nothing special Biscoff brownie: it was soft and the biscoff part was good, but the brownie wasn’t Churro blondie: way too sweet… it wasn’t nice sweetness.. the cinnamon sugar on top was good, but that’s it. The bottom was very dry Millionaires brownie: the caramel was just okay and the brownie part was dry Kinder blondie: no taste of kinder, just pure sugar Pistachio brownie: that was the worst! The green part was supposed to be pistachio.. it wasn’t! No idea what’s that paste was.. just very bad tasting stuff!

You can’t actually differentiate a taste between the cakes, it’s just sugar and butter.. to the point where you will still be crunching on sugar after you’ve swallowed the brownie (if that makes sense). I ordered 15 slices and the only one worth ordering again is the cookies and cream crispie, but it’s literally just white chocolate and Rice Krispies so it would be really hard to muck that one up and it’s not even available anymore. I asked for a galaxy cookie slice and they couldn’t keep up with their stock so there were actually none left, received a Gold cookie slice instead, which is not what I wanted or paid for. I waited 3 HOURS on live for mine to be packed, then my order was sent 6 days later which was a mistake on their part that they admitted to, refused to offer me a refund and sent my order anyway when I told them I no longer wanted it.
