Scolton Manor Tea Room — Restaurant in Wales

Visited today and can only describe the experience as awful! One member of staff who was taking the orders and money can only be described as rude. Her attitude was disgusting. It was busy, I do understand but there was no excuse for the way she spoke to us and the way I witnessed her speaking to other customers. One item from our order when it eventually arrived was incorrect, when she brought the correct item she practically threw it at us but it seemed like it had been a big ask for her to rectify our order. After a recent visit to these tea rooms on a Sunday at 3pm (advertised open until 4pm) was disappointed to see all chairs on tables, only take out service available and even used bookshop not open.
