Spot On Cafe — Restaurant in Wales

went there for breakfast with my wife and father after I got my disabled father sat down I went up to order the way I was greeted I get I was not welcome ok they were busy but the way I was treated leaves alot to be desired the wo.an who served me was so rude and shouldn't be in the hospitality business what so ever there's no excuse for poor service and rudeness not happy at all and will never set foot in the place again avoid it...

Prices for breakfasts increased and now drinks no longer included, plus smaller portions and the super breakfast has had the extra slice of toast removed. Been going there for donkeys years but this penny pinching means our once, twice and occasionally 3 times a week visits have now ended. Such a shame, the end of an era for us but we won't be paying 4 quid more...

I give this a 5 star rating but last three time I've had very poor service and the standard has dropped.

Third update. Been today phone up to order three sandwiches. Was told 10 min arrived 10min later got told it will be another 10 min. 35min later the sausage sandwich and two bacon sandwiches were ready. Total of 45 min to three sandwiches.
