If I could of given a minus then I would have! I ordered a latte with a extra shot of expresso and a syrup added. When I waited a LONG time as the staff were too busy talking to each other, I received my drink without the syrup, it tasted like there wasn’t any coffee in it either, when I took the lid off it as just an off white colour so there was barely any coffee in it. When I asked to the manager, a lady called Sian came over to me and said nothing, just took the drink and poured coffee in and added syrup. Passed it back to me and walked off. The drink was pouring over the sides of the takeaway cup. I had to ask for it to be made again. Feeling so embarrassed and uncomfortable at having to request this. Sian stormed over, threw the drink in the sink and said she will have to do it herself in a way that made me feel like I was being a inconvenience to her. I was so embarrassed, I will never be going back there again! I had no apologies, I was just made to feel as though I was not welcome or wanted there. On top of that, the condiments section was poorly stocked and filthy, and the toilet had no toilet paper left. However, I daren't of said anything to any staff while I was there as I have no idea of how they would of...

Visited today 10th of may at 17:30pm The guy working at the till was the rudest man I have ever met. He was so rude even his cowork was shocked and had to apologise for him and expressed her discomfort with how he treated us and we shared a little giggle over how awkward the conversation was. We asked for two medium cold brews and he literally looked me dead in the eyes and said "nope" with not follow up and so we ordered a black iced Americano and he said "OK so 2 iced americaino with milk " followed by an eye roll and when I said no milk he snapped and said "you said with milk" in a sharp tone (literally never mentioned milk to him) Honestly the rudest man I have ever encountered and to the girl that has to work with him every day you are a champion and deserve a raise girl. And if the guy who served us is reading this, one thing I took away from this encounter is you tried to make us feel like crap and honestly we spent the journey home cracking jokes at your expense laughing at the awkward interaction so you actually...

Disappointing visit this morning. The place was totally empty when I arrived, with one member of staff serving. I ordered two Caramel Frappes from the server who very clearly did not want to be there, who sulkily shuffled off to make them. The result was two very watery frappes shoved at me without a word, with the very bare minimum of caramel sauce and cream. So minimal you couldn't even taste the caramel. I had to ask for straws and she just flung her hand out to gesture where I was supposed to stretch across the counter to grab them. The straws did not last the entirety of the drink so were effectively useless and not fit for the intended purpose. I have become so frustrated by the decline in good customer service and paying a lot of money (£10.60) for poor quality goods so i am now making it my mission to leave reviews and hopefully change the world for the better. In the meantime, I will be sticking to their rival for my...

This place seems identical to the westbound Starbucks in Kinmel services. And I don't mean similar, I mean identical! And yes I get it Starbucks business ethos is to offer identical experiences wherever you go. But this is just over the top. The actual building is identical, the car park, even the folliage. It even has a Greggs opposite the front entrance (Though this Greggs is rotated 90 degrees compared to the westbound Greggs.) We stopped at both these Starbucks on our trip out to Wales and our trip back home. So pls check out my review of westbound Starbucks and apply it to this one

Small services on the A55 really it consists of a Starbux and a petrol station. The staff in starbux where freindly and polite but on the day we visited at the end of August it was probably struggling with the volume of traffic at that time - starbux big que and wouldnt accept payement through their app,one toilet in the mens was blocked, and the bins in the car park where overflowing. Its a small carpark too so if ure in a large vehicle or towing a trailer it may be a squeeze at busy times.

First visit in a while and this Starbucks is much improved. The whole interior has been revamped with a clean, calm look and the ordering system seems smoother, only held up by indecisive customers in front of you who always seem to be ordering for a coachload of people. Staff were friendly and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating space. There is a Greggs opposite for people suffering from pastry withdrawal symptoms in Wales.
