A wonderful local pub with real character. The food was very affordable and good, but what made it truly special was the atmosphere — friendly locals striking up conversation, and the owner going out of his way to make me feel welcome, even sending me off with a little gift for the journey home. Had a memorable time sharing a drink with the owner too — proper Welsh hospitality at its finest. Easily one of the warmest experiences I’ve had travelling...

My partner and I came across this wee amazing pub on late Sunday afternoon looking for some food whilst on an adventure!

Greeted warmly by a smart looking gentleman and a sweet comrade behind the bar… long story short these two went above and beyond to cook us something special (that was off the menu!)
