What an amazing place. I’m slightly reticent to post this review as I want to get a table all the time! We arrived at 12:00 and were lucky to get a table straightaway. After sitting down to two fantastic cappuccinos we ordered the meatloaf and nut roast, both of which were sublime. The café has two dishes on each week and these were a perfect example of how local and homegrown ingredients can be used to create wonderfully flavourful meals. After our mains we then had desserts of a pavlova and a blondie, again delicious. When we came to pay there were 3 couples waiting for a table and yet at no point did we feel rushed or pressurised to leave. Departing deliciously full we took a quick drive up to Pentre Ifan and Coed Tŷ Canol to walk some of it off, already planning our next visit.

Absolutely delicious (and beautiful) meal here at TempleBar - what a find! There’s one option on the menu (meat/veggie option) but when it’s this good that’s all you need. Delicious coffee and desserts/pastries too. The attached farm shop has some great local produce, flowers and gifts. If you’re driving past or anywhere nearby, I recommend popping in!

A beautiful little cafe with wonderful friendly owners and the most delicious scones I’ve had in a long while. Coffee was top notch and the little shop for local produce is also beautifully stocked! We’ll definitely be returning!

Excellent coffee, really excellent. The baked goods on offer are similarly supreme, not a big range, but why would you need to them be when they're all of such exquisite quality. An American friend is convinced that the cinnamon swirl buns are the best in the UK and the closest to what she has found from her favourite spots back home in the USA.

The produce that is for sale, as well as the cut fresh flowers on offer make the space even brighter and more welcoming, again though, the quality of the produce is high. Fresh milk as well as coffee (beans) chilli sauces and other delights. The décor and the crockery is cute and fits the style and design of the cafe.

This has instantly become a firm favourite and I've seen regular locals stopping by as well as many tourists.

Make it a stop on your tour/drive and you won't be...

Love it! They have only two options on the main menu which is genius, one meat, one vege - all locally sourced and from their garden and DELICIOUS everytime. Plus amazing yummy home made cakes, excellent tea, coffee and kombucha! The owners are fab and so friendly. They’ve really put in a lot to this place. Ohhhh and the focaccia bread! If you’re looking for big menus, deep fried food, or don’t appreciate a simple yet delicious menu - there are plenty of pubs and restaurants down the road. Make space for the rest of us who appreciate this...
