Came here tonight for the first time due to our local place having a power cut and we are very pleased we did !! One of the nicest Sunday dinners I've ever had. Freshly home cooked and the gravy was amazing. Massive portion too. The pub was so cosy and warm and the staff were very attentive. Will be returning for sure !! Thanks guys (for fitting us in last minute too!!)

My partner and I recently visited Coach and Horses in Flint Mountain and decided to try their famous fish and chips—and we weren’t disappointed! The fish was perfectly cooked with a light, crispy batter, and the chips were tasty and not at all greasy. It was absolutely delicious and lived up to its reputation. A great meal in a lovely setting—we’ll definitely be back!

What a lovely meal we’ve had today @ The Coach & Horses.

We walked in without reservation and we were seated quickly with our two cocker spaniels and 11 month old daughter.

Service was quick and the food was tasty! I had chicken curry, which came with half chips, half rice and naan; for £12 it was lovely, I was stuffed! Hubby had the steak and ale pie which came with chips, mushy peas and some beef gravy. I kept on dipping my chips in his gravy it was so nice.

During our meal, we told the waitress we were planning to visit Prestatyn that afternoon to go to the beach. On leaving she wished us well on our walk, first class service and a great setting with plenty of parking.

It can be hard to find a dog friendly pub that feels comfortable to out of towners; but we’ve found a...

Gorgeous pub that we found as we drove through the countryside, we stopped and just asked if they could squeeze us in for a Sunday roast, straight away no problem, they made us a little table up in the bar and it is such an amazing place, old fashioned pub that everyone has a picture of in their minds, and the dinner was spectacular, we both had the roast beef and the biggest Yorkshire pudding ever, i just ate mine and the wife couldn't finish hers, a real gem of a...

This review is only about the food not the pub in general. Paid £12 for scampi and chips mediocre. Paid £6 for chips a tiny hotdog that you get out of a can the 1s with all the jelly in them and no matter how long you cook them they are cold 1 minute later tasted cheap and nasty. For the price it was terrible, for £18 you could go to somewhere like the hungry horse and get 4 meals of various choices or weather spoons and are really good tasty food. Over priced for the...
