ZERO STAR RUINED MY NEICES 1st BIRTHDAY MEAL , I wouldn’t even give a 1 star , there was 17 of us gathered to celebrate my nieces 1st birthday , 525 we arrived still had no food by 715 my just 1 year old niece had no tea on her birthday because she fell asleep after being grizzly and waiting too long for food there was also another 2 year old in the group that again was so fed up of waiting , the nachos “starter” came out after an hour and half of ordering and us asking where it is , also asked if they could at least start the order for the 2 babies that were with us she said she said they would start the children’s straight away , again this didn’t happen ! Nachos came out cold and stale , when the food did finally start to arrive a couple members of our party that ordered 25-45 minutes after the others with the birthday girl got their food first .. still no food for either babies !!!! Just eat man was in and out the restaurant collecting orders that were being done and still we had nothing the babies still had nothing ! The food eventually started to come out the steak was just a lump of fat that was more raw than medium rare as asked and cold … sent it back and it came out again and they told us they’d taken another steak and cooked it med rare again it was more raw than med rare , another meal came out with steak supposed too be well done , was burnt on the outside rare in the middle , that was taken back to come out again more burnt on the outside but raw inside ! More meals came out each one cold and just thrown together not how we expected or how we wanted ! Couldn’t even do the babies birthday cake she was asleep unfed , staff don’t have a clue just said the manager was cooking , she eventually came out and was obviously apologetic but tried too justify it by saying how busy it was and she couldn’t not get the just eat orders out because she couldn’t close down the app service for it ! Absolutely disgusting service absolutely shocking unprofessional behaviours and no remorse at all for a family that was so excited to celebrate a milestone birthday would never ever step foot in there again or recommend and by reading your reviews on others left , you clearly couldn’t care less as the response of we accept the feedback and will take on board and make changes is an absolute cop out ! Because it’s more than just a bad experience it’s a family occasion tainted by such poor management and service you ought to be ashamed...

Ordered food at the bar and was told that there were no peppers available for the one meal which I agreed was fine. Then we were given dirty cutlery. Food came out after roughly 30 minutes and we were then told that there were no onion bhajis available for the one meal and no sweet chilli sauce available for the other meal which was one of the main ingredients of the meal. I expected to be told of these issues before our food was cooked and placed on our table. As we were hungry and didn't have the time to go elsewhere we accepted the BBQ sauce substitute and we were offered a £5 off voucher to use on our next visit. The food was not as we expected, sizzling skillet didn't sizzle. Sweet chilli crispy beef was now BBQ chewy beef with no peppers and cold sweet potato fries. The tandoori chicken burger was ok but minus the onion bhajis and a few of the chips were hard and undercooked. We then asked if we could try a dessert with no charge instead of having the £5 voucher and we were told it was not possible. Ordered the vegan burger... all burgers served with buns and chips... apparently

2018 and I'm served a burger with no bun and a half assed salad on the side

Avoid like the plague... staff attitude is about as dirty as the bottom of my shoes

Edit: As it was fairly busy, i met a large, red faced, sweating manager (at least I thought she was a manager) I explained the situation to which she told me my meal met all specifications and that it should have said no chips etc on the menu

Checked again, and the menu specified ALL BURGERS COME WITH CHIPS AND A DRINK... I was also charged for my drink

Theft... also, this business relies on customers to remain float and provide livelihood for all attached... Somebody needs provide staff with adequate personal skills and custoomer service

On this occasion, not only may Victoria want a word with her staff, she may also want to revamp the menu to reflect truly on the meal served

Can't run a business like a circus and not expect to look...
