The cooking of the food was really poor. Actual food was typically expected frozen pub food. Unfortunately the cook was hopefully inexperienced, considering the quality of the cooking. Just one example, my 'sizzler' was on a luke warm skillet with almost raw onions..... Burger was only just cooked, and medium rare steak was well done. We won't be returning which us a shame as is a convenient...

Friendly pub, now has new manager and has improved greatly. now starting meals between Wednesday and Sunday. Still a friendly pub 01/07/2020.
