The Pontlottyn - JD Wetherspoon — Restaurant in Wales

I am a regular at so many Wetherspoons, Malvern, Hereford, Leominster, Ross on Wye, my mum and myself love Wetherspoons, Unfortunatly We went into Pontlottyn Abertillery I ordered Vegan breakfast but asked to change the small vegan pouch of marge for ordinary.( as i dont like this) I was told i cannot ( no other Wetherspoons has ever denied this) i was told its cross contamination!! Its in a bloody sealed pouch!. I was given a running commentary over such a petty petty sachet of marge , I told the person serving i dislike this spread on my toast. She refused to give me a pouch of ordinary butter! She brought the breakfast with no marge at all. I walked around Pontlottyn until i found a table with unopened butter that someone had left! And had to use that . There's Petty. And there's damn right bloody mindness and awkwardness!! They need to sort this as not good for a company that is...

It's pretty safe to say I will never come here again first off we ordered breakfast off the app with the refill coffee waited 20 minutes no one came with the cups so had to go and get them, waited a further 25 minutes for the breakfast so 45 minute wait altogether also ordered toast but came with bread as some technical issue the beans were cold there was no bacon the egg was that hard if I'd thrown it it would of probably knocked someone out 😂 so for paying £17 hardly anything was eaten nobody came around to see if we were happy with our food, if I didn't have to rush off for an appointment I would of complained to the manager , also don't think they know what heating is it was absolutely freezing in there so safe to say pretty bad experience, I've never had a complaint against any other wetherspoons ponylottyn Abertillery you need...

Extremely poor, i came in here for food today, and firstly was given my food in the picture, my toast was burnt and my eggs was destroyed, i sent the food back as it was unedable, i had a new plate of food which had mushrooms and tomatoes on which i dont like i mean all they needed to do was look at my plate.
