Dog Friendly?
Firstly, The Sun Inn isn't in Pwllheli, it's almost in Aberdaron, so please take the Doggie Pubs app with a large pinch of salt. Everywhere on the Llyn peninsula seems to have a postal address of Pwllheli. Secondly, most of the customers and staff of the pub, including the owner, need to learn how to park. There would have been enough spaces if about six cars hadn't taken two spaces each. Finally, we reached the pub on a hot evening and asked if we could eat outside with our dog. I wouldn't have minded if we had turned up on spec, but I had phoned the pub two days earlier to book a table. It's in the middle...

And was offered a reduction in the bill... 'but I haven't eaten it' I said. A waiter (pleasant, polite,) suggested I choose something else 'of the same price'.... I chose salmon fishcakes and received one with a small salad.. The starter portion. Very strange. I ate it and we left. At least they got the bill right.. One fish and chips and a starter of one...
