Not sure how this place turns over enough to stay open. Really poor choice of beers available... The Amstel lager was dreadful... atleast 3 in my group complained and moved to the Fosters, which wasn't great either but was at least drinkable.
The decor and seating is straight out of the 80's... toilets were the same and the entire place could do with a clean.
A pub lost in time... lacking ambition, lacking direction and lacking any kind of personality or character.
As one of only 2 remaining pubs in Hakin/Hubberston... there's potential for it to do well, but without serious investment and change - that's never going to happen.
