I go here regularly, friendly crowd of Welsh and English customers, friendly staff, a great selection of drinks for a small bar including guest ales and a nice selection of single malts. The food tastes absolutely amazing and is always cooked to perfection. I recommend the soup of the day, the roast beef, and the fish and chips. Their sandwiches are also amazing. The menu caters for vegetarians aswell as meat eaters, and it's in the heart of a lovely village community on the foot of the brecon Beacons. What more could you want, other than lush views which you can also get on a nice day from their lovely little beer garden. Was so loud music inside could speak. Staff vaping behind the bar, not welcoming. Zero welcome on all fronts, clearly owners' children, and on mobile phones and vaping. Was over £4 a pint. Read moreGlad to see that the Tregib Arms has opened under new management. We went for the Sunday dinner, knowing that a very good local chef (Emerson) is doing all the cooking. The food was excellent, as was Emersons famous cheese cake - that on its own is worth a visit! Portions are very generous, you wont leave there hungry. We plan on trying different food on a different night next time, will be worth the wait if its as good as the Sunday roast. Highly recommended, theres nothing else that comes close...
