Worst experience i ever had . I'm travelling quite a lot and i'm a Hilton honours gold member aswell . The hotel itself is very nice . However the service is the worst i ever experienced. I felt like most of their staff members were very rude and racist . It took long to be served, we've never even been asked if we enjoy the food or not . Our main plates were on the table for not less than 2 hours and even though we ordered and paid for desert, it never actually arrived. When we asked for it , they said the kitchen was closed . Went here on the weekend for wife birthday. Food was really nice but service was shocking. Ordered first drinks took 30 minutes to arrive. Food arrived in 45 minutes and got our order wrong and had to send back and wait for replacement. Asked for a second drink (1 pint of beer), never came. Asked for the bill, brought the wrong bill out. Brought the correct bill and had the second drink on which I never recieved. Really...
