The service is very good, always smiling. The coffee is good when they have the right barista because it can vary between baristas. The people there are proactive and always smile and wave. I have been there a couple of times and every time I go I am not terribly disappointed. So if you are looking for something different than this...

Lets just say, avoid to ask for iced coffee. For them, iced coffee= one ice cube. Gave it back twice - got another 2 ice cubes. Ended up throwing it in the bin next to them.

Horrible service.
