South Coast Performance — Restaurant in Wealden

Absolutely disgusted how we have been treated. We bought a ford focus estate 2006. Told it has had a services, everything is working well and is a soild car as we told him we travel alot with a one year old. Less than 24 hours of buying and having the car we noticed a leak. We then messaged the seller (manger) to try get it resolved. Basically told us he will wait for a part to come in to sort our problem two weeks top to wait. Then we noticed the turbo making very usually sounds and being very loud. We phoned and phoned, messages you name it. No answer. My partner took the car down to the garage to get some answers. The seller was with customers and soon as he saw my partner turn up he then tried separating us from hes new buyers to then just be pushed to the side and feeling very hopeless. We have had the car since 19th march 2018 and the seller has basically sold us a bugged car. On 24th march we took the car to the garage to then find out the egi valve was unplugged. Which even the guy working on our car said someone would of unplugged it as its quite difficult for it to just come off. After we paid for this job to be done on the 30th march our turbo gave up on us when driving to Manchester. Less than a month its cost us £660. Still beiny ignored and still getting no communication back. I would avoid a guy called Mark and just avoid this place completely. Will be contacting trade and...

10/10 customer service! Can’t fault these guys! Close at 5/6pm and stayed open until 9pm for us to come from london just to collect a door for a vehicle ! What great customer service! Above and beyond Courteous, professional, price wise extremely reasonable can’t beat quality over quantity ! You won’t find a fault here! Would be better if located closer but will continue to do business with these guys and highly recommend for sure !

So helpful. We stopped by unanounced with an emergency rear light issue on our motorhome and they dropped everything to check our vehicle over and fix the problem to get us back on the road in less than 30 minutes.
