Went in for hot drinks only, so no food ordered. However the cake looked very good and prices are very reasonable. The cafe is a social space run by people connected to the local church. It's not open for long hours as it's a volunteer staffed cafe. Our drinks were excellent and the people there were really friendly and welcoming. Sad that we didn't eat anything, as going out after. It's a real community meeting place in a small village, so it's really important to the residents. If you're lucky enough to be in Bere Alston when it's open, do visit and support the community.
