As in Smirnoff. That is a twenty five year old avatar i really must get rid of. I've grown up a bit since then. We live about a mile away and mighty pleased we are to have this place virtually on our doorstep. Ken & Judy will welcome you with some nibbles on the bar and a decent selection of fine lager and a guest real ale. After ordering from the menu (steak is good) ( so is the baked fish thing, according to my wife) . pop outside with your drinks to admire the selection of cars and vintage tractors for sale.

I succumbed a few weeks ago and am now the proud owner of a very un- grey, well, it's red and blue, (the grandson likes it) never mind, Fergie tractor. Anyway, go back inside for your meal, the antique chairs look lovely but are very hard to sit on so...... just near the bar, between the two dining rooms is a selection of cushions to ease the strain on your posterior. Marvelous ! Good selection of wines at sensible prices, in the summer , enjoy outside, in the winter enjoy the fire.

Go on a Friday for the Grimsby fish and chips. yummy!

Hope this was...

Fantastic dinner. No complaints. Fabulous staff. Thank you to Debbie and Ken who looked after us front of house, and to Jason and Shelia for cooking the most excellent food! We were a large party (12) which is never easy! But everything was brilliant. Big portions too! Great selection behind the bar for drinks. One child in our party was able to speak to the chef about what was available for her and she loved her dinner. Dogs are welcome in the “lounge” area so we brought our dogs in for the last few drinks of the evening. I had deep fried Brie and steak for my choices. Both were excellent. Several of us ordered steaks and there was a small confusion over who’s was who’s, but it was easily sorted and everyone was happy. We hope to come again before the end of our holiday! Thank you so much for all the care and attention...

This was not our first visit to The Bull Inn. Every time we visit we are given a very warm welcome by the owner and his team. My partner and I have dined there this evening, and I can honestly say the food was excellent. Fresh, tasty, and very well presented. On this occasion my partner chose the salmon and I had the haddock. Absolutely fantastic. The staff were brilliant at putting a takeaway meal together for my partner's son.... Thank you to all the staff at The Bull Inn. I definitely recommend trying this place. You will not be disappointed. 5...

Enjoyed a fabulous meal here. Staff were very lovely and amenable. We had gammon, home made BROWN chips with salad to garnish and garden peas. Sirloin steal with chips and salad too. Beautiful meal. Lovely place and glad to see it come through the covid war 2020!

Great family run traditional pub, with delicious food and friendly service by father and son Ken and Jason. Had a perfectly cooked steak and crispy haddock that barely fit in the plate! Perfect for a relaxing dinner in the area or some pints with friends.
