Absolute gem of a proper traditional pub, the owner / landlord is a super friendly and helpful guy (Barry) great selection of well kept beers and other drinks. We were staying in a b&b just down the road, went in for a drink and ask if he did food, they no longer do food, but he presented us with a Chinese takeaway menu, we selected our food and phoned through the order which was delivered to us in roughly 30 minutes, Barry supplied plates and cutlery and it was superb, I must also give a big thumbs up for the locals in the pub who also made...

Great pub. Everyone makes you welcome, and after only being there for 5 minutes, you're like a 'local'. Only pop in there once every few weeks on my way back to Norwich (Hethersett) from sunny Luton, and there's always a great welcome from anyone who's in there.
