Located on an industrial estate, this bakery, staffed by warm and lovely people, serves up a range of bread and snack food such as Cornish pasties, bakewell tarts, and espresso coffee. The bread is ostensibly French with flour sourced from Moule-bie, a Parisian miller. The result is a mixed bag. The French-ness is a bit lost on me, I would describe the bread style overall as traditional English white. Much better than the bread are the pasties which are really outstanding, especially when hot. The sausage rolls are also very, very good, juicy and generous on the sausage. Unfortunately, the croissant are not good at all and do not really look like croissant. This bakery/cafe is a lovely prelude (or post hoc cuppa) to a walk in Nowton Park with ample parking and a big bowl of water for the doggies. Recommended!

Lovely artisan bakery situated in a lovely area as well. Had a sausage roll, pain au chocolat and a flat white, all were 5 stars. The sausage roll was especially good, probably the best I've ever eaten. If I had one criticism, I think the croissant was a little dry, but still good. The chocolate inside had a great flavour and it was nicely decorated though. Flat white was also excellent. As a cyclist, I found this to be a great stop in an area with some lovely roads and scenery. Nicely tucked off the road as well.

Went here for a bread making course. It was fantastic!! Really informative and came away with a great selection of bread that we made. The bakery shop had a great selection of produce to buy. Really recommend the course and if your in the area, just stop by to buy their bread and other goodies!

This bakery is a gem in the sticks of Suffolk. The food is of the highest quality, and the staff are sound, providing great service. Today, while I was deciding whether to try their new focaccia pizza, they listed off the ingredients—it was a no-brainer to try it. It turned out to be one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten. 10/10— a quintessentially...
