Popped in whilst waiting for a train. Nice friendly and cosy local pub. Good range of beers, decent size, and our well behaved dog was welcome. Would come back if in the area again.

Popped in whilst waiting for a train. Nice friendly and cosy local pub. Good range of beers, decent size, and our well behaved dog was welcome. Would come back if in the area again.

Smashing little village pub with a bigger reputation for homely food and good beer. Back room generally a male environmental for sports related entertainment. They have the best quiz in the Wigan area on a Tuesday night, if you’re not in by 8.30pm you’ll struggle for a seat. The regular quiz...
