This is exactly what you want in a Biker's cafe. It's in the middle of nowhere surrounded by great biking roads including the famous Alton road. Be warned that the Police are always out in force including unmarked bikes and a regular speed camera van. Just don't bother speeding to excess - you'll get caught. Food is good, basic fry ups. They do other stuff apparently but I don't know what. Who doesn't get a full English? It can get very busy on a Sunday morning with the queue for food out the door sometimes. The car park is also packed on a Sunday and always has some interesting bikes to gawp at.

I broke down at breakfast there recently on a really hot day and they were generous while I waited literally all day for the RAC to pick me up (8.5 hours). They even came out and gave me free water bottles when it closed and I was still waiting (and waiting). Huge thanks for that....

I've been a couple of times in the last year, which is no small achievement as it's about 120 miles to travel. I'd heard about the famous Loomies so had to find out what all the fuss was about. I can't say anything bad about it, it is what it claims to be - a biker hang out with cafe/restaurant. It has a large car park and does get very busy at times. The first time I visited it was absolutely rammed with people. When I called in yesterday it was much quieter - but then lunch time on a Monday you'd expect it to be. Staff are friendly, certainly no issue there. The food is ok, not amazing but perfectly adequate for hungry bikers and prices reflect the quality. The vibe inside feels quite Wimpy and if it were my place I think I'd have to give it a do-over. If you're in the area then definitely worth a visit but in my humble opinion - for what it's worth - the hype...

Used to be a regular haunt for me on the bike. However echo the other reviews in that it had become way too overcrowded on Wednesday (bike night) and weekends, often being unable to leave due to being blocked in. I'd also strongly recommend not using the car park as I've witnessed a couple incidents where bikes have been knocked over by people driving idioticallly in the car park.

The food is not great especially since the owners changed over last year, and there are long waits at peak times.

The roads in any direction are great, I'd strongly recommend a visit, but avoid peak times if you want to buy food. Outside of peak times then I'd 100% highly recommend the place as a destination. If you still want to go at peak times then there is a lay bay opposite you can park in plus the pub and petrol station on the same road also sell hot food with...

I took this beautiful biker girl out for a ride from London down to Loomies where we had breakfast in the Cafe, she liked it but I didn’t enjoy it very much, sorry but the food and the coffee was pants to me. Everything else was cool though. Toilet was clean I like the place where you could put your safety helmet and also cleaning facilities for it too, the lounge area was a nice place and outside at the back was a shop ran by a guy named Ben, kool guy, where you can buy Biker stuff, where she brought a BlueTooth Device for her helmet. We met some nice people and a guy who owned this wicked old school Yamaha V Max which he let Vicky sit on and pose for a picture, lovely, after spending some time there we rode back to London with some nice memories. I would definitely go back again to meet people and there bikes 🏍 🏍 but maybe not for the food though😁

Picked up a puncture in Loomies car park from a chicken bone of all things. Went in to see if the cafe had a board with contact numbers on for breakdown and recovery, but no, nothing. I asked at the counter and spoke to a member of staff to see if they could recommend anyone and all I got in reply was "no". The lady was as useful as a chocolate teapot! You would have thought, a place as busy as Loomies, would at least have a contact number of a local breakdown and recovery person or be a little interested in helping out a motorcyclist. I had a cup of coffee while I figured out what I was going to do and it wasn't very nice! The moral of my encounter at Loomies is you have lost my trade as I won't be stopping there again!!

Stopped by at Loomies while I had some time to kill before my next meeting. I've always wanted to try in here, but never had the time. I had the medium sized breakfast, which the name of escapes me. It was all well cooked; fried eggs had a lovely runny yolk, the meat was of great quality especially the sausages. Overall a great breakfast - and the filter coffee was tasty. The menu is extensive, offering breakfast through to dinner plus an array of drinks. One note; there is a large menu on the wall when you walk in, but this isn't the complete menu. The rest of the menu is on the service counter. Would recommend this, and would love to get back for lunch!
