Met up with family here tonight for a change. . Clean and tidy inside venue. Not many people in but somehow the staff seemed a tad out of sorts or not fully with it somehow tonight. . ( don't know if there was staff sickness or issues out of site ) but it just didn't seem to flow as it should staff wise ... Ordering seemed to take an age... and it was a bit of a faff to find out some drinks were not available. Took a while to confirm that the item was out of stock and not an instant answer. Took a fair few mins and a visit to our table by the bar staff to confirm. ( just needed a yes or no answer of stock on site at the till when ordering tbh ) .

food was nice quality and plentiful when it came everyone enjoyed their items.

Going forward. I felt that my sons meal , the first meal bought out was a fair bit before the others and seemed a delay that could have been avoided

it was going cool before the other 6 meals came out.. then the knives and forks was missing and delivered as the last meal came out. Maybe going forward cutlery out before first plates arrive so already in place and no arms crossing each other unnecessarily whilst food being delivered..

A gap of about 6 minutes from first plate arriving until the cutlery was delivered with the last meal.

Staff appeared to be under stress for amount of customers in the pub in my opinion.

Not whingeing as such.. I am quite easy going in scheme of things when it comes to pubs and appreciate the hard work people put in .. just highlighting a few things for improvement going forward .. just made me think if it was busy and tables full then would people cope properly looking on tonight's viewings.

All...

Firstly the staff were great. Fast efficient, cheerful. Changed a beer as it was at the end of the barrel without a fuss. We ordered food for our table. 2 off us had finished before the others has been served (6 if us). But not a problem. The food was good and value for money. I went to the bar to order drinks and dessert with my nephew (adult). We were at the time the only ones at the bar. Took 10 mins for my order to be taken. Part of my order was Becks blue (designated driver). The bar maid was in a bad mood. stormed round to the other bar and back and slammed a bottle some 5 feet away, then asked me twice whether in wanted I've in the other drink I'd ordered. She attitude was awful. I left the bar expecting my nephew to be served straight after. She stormed away. Then I noticed that I'd been given a heineken 0%. I did not say anything, not being one to create. By this time there was someone else at the bar. A good time after she returned and started to serve the other gentleman. He was honest enough to say that my nephew was next. Some time later she came to our table with 2 desserts a bellowed "WHO ORDERED FIRST?". Because I'm lactose intolerant I had ordered the cake without ice cream. There was ice cream with it. Luckily one of our family had ordered the same with ice cream and it was 'dropped' in front of her. Another long wait and the rest of the desserts were similarly delivered onto the table. All accept mine. That came later. It was the first time in ages that I've had such bad attitude from a server. Shame really. I like meeting my family a the Bradmore Arms when I am in Wolverhampton and previously had some good...

Ordered 2 Sunday best burgers, one special chicken New Yorker, southern fried chicken burger and quadzilla burger... The Sunday best burgers didn't have half the things as menu stated..no slaw, no onion rings on side, no gravy. The Chicken New Yorker was 🤢, couldn't eat it, had to send it back and usually don't like to be the person to pick faults but that chicken was grim!!! I genuinely think it was off, tasted rotten and was rubbery. In fairness, was offered to pick something else off the super specials menu and had the 'chicken sandwich' as it was 'burger style' as opposed to chicken breast. That was actually really nice! But overall, not good... won't be returning. Meal orders incorrect, not great service as we booked large table to be accessible for a wheelchair but they situated us in an area up some stairs and didn't offer to move us and we were told they don't have a ramp but instead the staff stood at the bar chatting about the situation while we struggled to carry our family member in wheelchair up the stairs, how dignified for our family member! Kids ordered some ice creams for pudding that had clearly been left on side while other puddings were prepared as by time they got to the table, they were more like milkshakes. Literally giving two stars purely as our waiter tried so hard and looked embarrassed bless him, he was a lovely guy. Ideal 'cheap' meal if that's what you're after but if you want decent food and a good level of service,...

Went to the Bradmore Arms for our Christmas meal, party of 20+. It was gloriously average! For what we paid for the food, it was alright. Considering we got three courses, for the price of was pretty tasty. I've had worse, essentially. However, we had to wait quite a while for it. It took over two hours for all three courses to be served; by the time each meal arrived we were very hungry! Service also left something to be desired. I'm still waiting for my £10 voucher for booking a Christmas meal and much of the managerial staff doesn't seem to know what's going on a lot. Maybe they're very busy and could do with some more hands on deck, I'm not sure. In my experience the Bradmore is much better as a place to go for lunch. Only go for large parties if you're on a budget.

A pub with real potential. The bar staff are friendly and sociable. The food is a of a reasonable standard for the price charged. There is a wide selection of beer, cider, lager, wine and spirits available. The food serving staff need to be a little more considerate. Asking if the meal is acceptable prior to the meal being started is rather silly as is asking to clear the plates when meals are still being eaten. The outside area is well maintained and has plenty of tables and chairs. The pub area is clean and tidy. There is a large car park. The pub could do with a refit. The toilets in particular need some urgent attention.

This place used to be decent but over the last few years it has gone downhill. Today, I decided to have their classical beef lasagne with garlic ciabata bread. The garden salad and ciabata bread were fresh and delicious. When I came to eat the lasagne it turned out to just be a microwave meal that had been overcooked, it looked disgusting. Additionally, they do not bring you cutlery when literally every other decent place you go to it is standard service. Not tecommended. Edit: They did offer me a new meal option, and so I appreciated this.
